    Genumark has once again been named one of Canada's Best Managed Companies by Deloitte Canada, retaining their Platinum Club Member status as a repeat winner of this prestigious award. This award is only achieved after a company has been rigorously evaluated by a panel of judges on 4 pillars: Strategy, Capabilities and Innovation, Culture and Commitment, and Governance and Financials. New this year, applicants were awarded bonus points for demonstrating leading-edge practices in the realms of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) initiatives, with particular attention on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, limiting waste, improving energy efficiency, and cultivating diversity.

    Two Distributor partner members of The Legacy Group were named Top 40 Distributors by Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) during the virtual ASI Awards ceremony on July 7.  The rankings recognize the highest performing Distributor companies in the ad specialty industry each year.

    PromoShop is a veteran member of the Top 40 and is ranked at #37 with $39.9 million in sales for 2020. Their team’s continual creative excellence, fresh approach to their clients’ branding goals, and superior customer care has kept them on the list even with a dip in sales.  

    Eagle Promotions entered the ranks of the Top 40 for the first time this year at the #39 spot with $36.9 million in sales. Their philosophy of focusing on innovation, evolving trends, and all-encompassing service for their clients has propelled their continued growth.

    PromoShop announced that its recent food bank initiative, which ran from November 16 through December 31, 2020, fed 20,214 people. For every piece of apparel purchased from PromoShop for those six weeks, the company donated to local food banks in Los Angeles, Van Nuys, San Diego and Alameda, CA, as well as Seattle and Idaho.

    Each garment sold included a hangtag or postcard with information about the program, part of PromoShop’s ongoing #psCARES philanthropic efforts. This was PromoShop's first program of its kind.

    “We thought it was appropriate with all the people out of work, trying to feed themselves and their kids,” says Kris Robinson, the Boise-based executive vice president of PromoShop. “It’s quite disheartening knowing that one in four kids in our country goes to bed hungry every night. I’m so proud of our PromoShop family. Thank you to everyone for helping to feed humans.”
