BUSINESS MARKET VALUATION ANALYSIS

A Market Valuation Analysis/Business Valuation (MVA/BV) can be quite useful to a business owner for business planning, exiting, and insurance purposes to name a few.  An MVA can be especially useful during the financing and negotiation phases of the selling process to a third party.

Whatever the motivation, there are times when ordering an independent MVA/BV makes sense.  It should be noted however, that although The Legacy Group does do MVA/BVs, because of the high probability that any business we assist will eventually be represented by us in sale, The Legacy Group will normally utilize a professional valuator from outside our firm so as to keep the valuation report from having a perceived bias by the prospective purchaser and/or lender.

Worthy professional limited-scope valuations generally range anywhere from $3000 to $5000 in cost, depending on the complexity of the company.  However, The Legacy Group  generally tries to pass along such reports as near to cost as possible… and if at all possible, attempts to hold the cost of the report to a mere $3000 for our clients.
